We loved the convenience of the transportation options. Being located in the Chamartin area, just opposite the Metro station Plaza de Castilla, made it easy for us to explore this city. this hotel had good facilities, and the cleanliness standards were high. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff was courteous and helpful.

Tranquil and clean with helpful staff. Enjoyed complimentary infused water and views of nearby towers. Conveniently located in financial sector and close to transportation. Comfortable room with good bathroom and shower.

The room had a romantic atmosphere with lovely touches like rose petals on the bed and a bottle of champagne waiting for us. We also appreciated the cozy fireplace in the room, which added to the romantic ambiance. The hotel was conveniently located near a train station, making it easy for us to explore the city. Plus, there was a shopping mall nearby for any last-minute needs.
Our room had a strange smell when we first entered, but luckily we could open the windows to let in fresh air. it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee.

The hotel's location near Plaza Castella, being just a few steps away from the bus station and metro, was convenient for public transportation. , being situated close to the stadium, it provided a sporty atmosphere. The room and bathroom were comfortable, but nothing amazing. The staff was polite and helpful during check-in and provided local recommendations.
The breakfast was overpriced, with limited options, and didn't meet expectations based on the price.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as I needed to be close to the business district. It was great being situated near the Towers and right across from the metro. The hotel was very clean and modern with a nice lounge area for breakfast. The room amenities were fantastic, including a mini bar, soundproofed rooms, and a safe for my valuables. I was also impressed with the excellent service provided, particularly the friendly and accommodating staff at the reception desk.
I would recommend this hotel to families, without hesitation, as it would be suitable for children of all ages.

We asked for an iron and ironing board and they were brought to us promptly. The room was clean and cozy, with a big bathroom. The staff spoke English fluently and were very helpful. I'd recommend this hotel.
